Customization Process

1. Providing Your Design

• Finished Design:
  • Upload your design in a vector format (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.
  • Process: Pre-sale Consultation (if necessary) → Upload → Verification (1-2 days) → Confirmation → Production (3-5 days) → Quality Inspection before shipment → Shipping (DHL: 7-15 days) → Delivery

2. Printing Method

• We utilize Full-Color UV Printing Process that prints your logo design directly on the acrylic plate. Please refer to our images for reference.

3. Document Requirements (Finished Design)

• Vector file (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.
  • Include:
    • Logo/pattern/text
    • Color

4. Return Policy

• Customized items are generally not returnable or exchangeable, except for quality issues.
• Slight variations between design sketches and actual products may occur.
• You will approve a color rendering of your design on the product before production begins.
